The Law Firm of Hemmings & Stevens, PLLC

Hemmings & Stevens, PLLC was founded in 2005 by attorneys Aaron C. Hemmings and Kelly A. Stevens.   After working in large law firms for years, they realized that a smaller firm with a focus on personal attention to each client was simply a better way of effectively and successfully representing clients.  Aaron and Kelly bring over 35 years of combined experience in representing clients who have been victims of fraud, injured or mistreated by their own insurance company.  Our firm maintains offices at 5540 McNeely Drive, Ste. 202 in Raleigh, NC.

Our firm represents victims of fraud nationwide and personal injury and workers compensation clients statewide in North Carolina.  Our firm has appeared before the North Carolina Supreme Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals as well as Federal District Courts nationwide, Trial Courts of North Carolina and the North Carolina Industrial Commission.  Aaron and Kelly are also members of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, North Carolina Bar Association and Wake County Bar Association.
