HealthExtras Insurance
Has HealthExtras Insurance* Denied Your Accidental Disability Insurance Claim?
Did you buy Accidental Disability Insurance from HealthExtras or one of their underwriters? You may have received an offer from HealthExtras Insurance with your credit card statement to pay $9.25 per month ($88.00 annually) for a benefit of one million dollars (or $1.5 million in some cases) if you ever became disabled.
This offer stated that it would allow you to charge your HealthExtras insurance premium payment to your credit card. Former Superman actor Christopher Reeves may have had his picture on the HealthExtras credit card statement marketing flyer.
Additionally, you may be aware that your policy may have been underwritten by Federal Insurance Company, AIG Insurance Company, Stonebridge Life Insurance Company, National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh or any number of other underwriters. Other companies that may be involved with your policy as a servicer or broker include The Sklover Group, Chubb & Sons Insurance, Catalyst, Catalyst Health Solutions, Alliant Insurance Services, JLT Services, LOTSolutions, and Chartis Claims, Inc., formerly known as AIG Claims Services, Inc.
