In Their Own Words
“When I was in law school, I worked at a law firm that worked on both sides: defending insurance companies and representing people who had been harmed or wronged by others. When I graduated from law school, I made the decision that I wanted to help people instead of defending insurance companies. Over the last few years, I have been shocked at just how far insurance companies will go to avoid paying a claim or to minimize a valid claim. Most people are unfamiliar with the insurance claims process and they are almost always at a severe disadvantage when they try to handle an insurance claim without an attorney representing their interests. It is a privilege for me to fight for people who have been hurt or had their insurance claims wrongfully denied by their own insurance company. For every client we represent, we have two primary goals. First, to provide excellent personal service by thoroughly explaining the claims process, being available for questions, and always returning phone calls and emails. Second, we fight aggressively to achieve a successful result for each client. Our passion is helping individuals and small businesses with their insurance claims.”
