“One of the best rewards to being a lawyer is helping people and making a difference in someone’s life. In order to truly help a client you have to listen to the client in order to understand their needs and priorities then fight for the client’s interests. It is not enough to know the law and apply legal principals, you have to understand the unique needs of each particular client, care about the client and achieve legal results that are best for that client. The difference between a good lawyer and a great lawyer is someone who has the experience and wisdom to navigate complex legal situations in a manner that is best for the individual client. In the fifteen years that I have been a lawyer, I know that client’s expect honesty and a lawyer who is on the client’s side. It is also difficult for many client’s to afford or pay for a lawyer. That is why we take cases on a contingency fee basis so that the client does not have to pay legal fees unless we obtain a recovery for the client. When we believe in a client and the client’s case, our firm will do everything we can to obtain a just result for that client.”    Kelly A. Stevens
